This rotissserie kit is a very powerful cooking machine: equipped with a mechanism for 11 stainless skewers (included, usable length = length of the firebox) and a strong grill motor GT1 about 30 Kg of meat can be cooked over charcoal heat automatically. Skewers with churrasco, roasts or chicken, many kinds of food can be fixed on skewers and cooked in a new way. The pemanent rotation of the skewers effects a perfect result!
All is need is a firebox or fireplace with vertical sides and dimensions of 110 x 50 cm minimum.
