The high speed of the included grill motor pretends the roast, chicken or anything from dropping juice into the charcoal heat. This effects a perfect cooking result:  outside  spicy and crusty and inside juicy!
 
Just weld or screw (we recommend welding) the two sockets to the firebox, insert mechanism and opposite support part and fix both with the screw bolts. 

We offer this rotisserie set with two grill motors: Our power battery grill motor GT7 or optional the powerful  12V / 230V grill motor GT3plus is strong enough to move 4-6 Kg of meat per spit. Maximum capacity is due to a optimized and balanced piercing and to the length of the spit.
The GT3plus can be inserted into the mechanism and be operated by 12V car electricity or 110V/230V. A power adaptor from Monacor is included. By using this device the speed of the motor can be adjusted from approx. 6 two 15 r.p.m.
Please keep in mind: The higher the speed the lower is the danger of dropping meet juice into the charcoal heat.
