The high speed of the included grill motor pretends the roast, chicken or anything from dropping juice into the charcoal heat. This leads to a perfect cooking result:  outside  spicy and crusty and inside juicy!
 
The grill motor 12 Volt is strong enough to move two spits at a max. weight of approx. 6 to 8 Kg. Maximum capacity is due to a optimized and balanced piercing.
The motor can be inserted into the mechanism and be operated by 12V car electricity or 230V. An Monacor power adaptor is included. By using this device the speed of the motor can be adjusted from approx. 6 two 25 U/Min.
Please keep in mind: The higher the speed the lower is the danger of dropping meet juice into the charcoal heat.
