The Churrasqueira HotBox Premium Red offers a new and phantastic way of Charcoal BBQ without smoke and fat fire.
The heat comes from two sides to the food. All juice drops into a basin filled with some water which has to be placed unter the grill grid. Two isolated fireboxes enable the churrasqueira to be placed on a table, a wooden plate, stone or any surface. The surface must not be fire-proof but should not be sensitive against heat. While operating it becomes warm, but due to the isolation not really hot.
The Churrasqueira HotBox Premium offers healthy, smokeless cooking with charcoal heat on two levels:
the upper level consists of a stainless grill grid (approx. 30 X 40 cm), the lower level takes three stainless Brasilian V-shaped skewers.
The charcoal grill is ideally made for cooking steaks, chicken legs or wings, sausages, vegetables, Churrasco or Picanha (boiled filet or beef pierced in a special way on a spit) or everything which can be placed on the grill grid or skewers.
