Description

Kürtőskalács or kürtős kalács is a Hungarian pastry also known as chimney cake or stove cake. It is baked on a wooden rolls over a burning fire.
This rotisserie BBQ is equipped with 3 handmade wooden rolls, which have to fixed on 3 spits of 8mm square. A 12V/230V grill motor moves all three spits. Additionally a set of windshelter boards give more heat to the chmey cakes. The firebox is made from very strong steel of 3mm thickness.
The spits can be used to cook other kind of food over charcoal like chicken or roasts.
