The high speed of the included grillmotor pretends the roast, chicken or anything from dropping juice into the charcoal heat. This leads to a perfect cooking result:  outside  spicy and crusty and inside juicy!
 
Just weld or screw or weld (we recommend welding) the four sockets to the basin, insert mechanism and opposite support part and fix both with the screw bolts. 

The grill motor 12 Volt is strong enough to move both spits at a max. weight of approx. 6 to 8 Kg. Maximum capacity is due to a optimized and balanced piercing.
The GT3plus can be inserted into the mechanism and be operated by 12V car electricity or 230V. A power adaptor from Monacor is included. By using this device the speed of the motor can be adjusted from approx. 6 two 15 U/Min.
Please keep in mind: The higher the speed the lower is the danger of dropping meet juice into the charcoal heat.
