This very strong and durable set is ideally made for grilling a whole lamb of up to 15 Kg at any place. It comes complete with different useful accessories which help to fix the lamb safely on the spit.
All parts which can come in contact with food are made of HQ stainless steel. The strong grill motor GT1 offers total mobility: it can either be used by standard electricity of 100-240V or by 12V car electricity. A cable set for different connections is included to the motor. Together with the mechanism the motor moves at a speed of 15 r.p.m. which is the ideal speed to turn a lamb on the spit. The high speed keeps the juice in the meat and minimizes dropping into the charcoal heat or fire.
