This is a special skewer for thick pieces of meat like Kebab, Souvla for example. The top is especially adapted to fit to mechanisms of 4mm (item 8500 for example).
The skewer is made from HQ Stainless Steel and equipped wioth a wooden handle. It fits perfectly to our Rotisserie BBQ Grill 90 Catering (#30010)
