A lamb on the spit and cooked over charcoal heat or burning wood is exciting to watch and gives the real taste. This rotisserie set contains everything to cook lambs on the spit, motor powered.
Lambs are normally of a weight of 10-15 Kg, some times a bit more. For sheeps of 20 Kg or more we would recommend a stronger spit and bigger prongs - please ask us.
There is a variety of useful accessories included, handmade and of HQ stainless steel: prongs, spreader bars (to spread the animal on the spit and fix the legs which effects a better balanced animal), squeezer (to fix the backbone to the spit), car connection kit (to connect the grill motor to a car battery e.g.)
