Our rotating fish grill grid offers a new and perfect way to cook whole fishes on charcoal grills. Simply put the fish or fish parts into the basket, close it and use it like a skewer together with our Churrasco BBQ 50. The rotation of the mechanism prevents the food from burning or burning-in. The result is a perfectly cooked fish which can be taken out of the basket without losing its shape.
